The Purposes Of This Site
This owner and operator (the “Owner”) of this Site is Auto Safety Solutions Limited (the “Club”). The Site was established for the following purposes:

To explain the benefits of the Owner’s products and services
To provide, where applicable and to certain of the Owner’s customers, the opportunity to register for membership in the Club (“Club Membership”), and subsequent eligibility to receive members’ benefits.
When eligible customers are enrolled in the Club through this Site, their Club Membership entitles them to coverage under a group plan with a third party (the “Club Provider”). All services with respect to the Club will be provided by the Club Provider and not by the Owner.

When you provide personal information through this Site, you are consenting to the manner in which the Owner will collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage your personal information, as set out below.

When you register for the Club, the Owner may collect information about you (“Information”), some of which is regarded as personally identifiable (for example: your full name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and vehicle registration number), and some of which is non-personally identifiable (for example: vehicle year, make and model.)

We need this information in order to register you in the Club and to contact you with Information regarding your Membership. We may collect additional information about you from third parties including demographic information (such as number of household members, age, and gender) and purchase preference information. We gather this information in order to provide you with a better experience on our Site and the websites of our affiliates.

We may also collect Information from you if you choose to participate in any contests, surveys, and sweepstakes, or in connection with content or suggestions you post on this Site.

For the purposes of this Policy “Provider” includes all Owner and Club Provider affiliates, as well as other selected businesses with which Owner, Club Provider or their affiliates have a relationship.
